We are committed to ensuring that carers can earn a living wage via offering their services on hometouch. The carer will be paid the stated rate on their profile minus 20% commission on an ongoing basis for the duration of the contract and any further contract with the carer. Hometouch defines this as an “introductory fee” which is spread out over the length of the contract and any other subsequent contracts with that individual carer.
